Cinthya Allen, MPA, ADAC, serves as the Chief Engagement Officer at Arvest Bank and previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at CLA Consulting Solutions, LLC. Allen has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oklahoma and held the role of Chief Diversity & Equity Officer for the City of Norman.
