Karlee Lightbourne

Karlee Lightbourne is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as National Marketing Manager at Arvida Group Ltd, Karlee previously held the position of Head of Marketing at Kiwi Property, where responsibilities included strategizing for seven shopping centres, generating 45 million customer visits and over $2 billion in sales annually. Karlee's earlier roles encompass executive management positions at Auckland Racing Club and Ellerslie Event Centre, focusing on marketing and sponsorship for major racing events, and enhancing sales for event venues. Additional experience includes marketing management roles at Auckland International Airport Limited and APN News & Media, along with earlier positions at Westfield and Bushfoods of Australia. Karlee holds two Bachelor of Business degrees in Marketing and Accounting from Southern Cross University and has actively pursued further education through the Marketing Association.
