Currently serving as a Traffic Analyst and Special Access Coordinator at Arvig since 1983, Terry has developed a deep expertise in traffic analysis and coordination of special access services. Prior to this role, Terry worked at Contel Enterprises from August 1976 to April 1978 as a Central Office Technician, contributing foundational skills in technical support and operations within central offices.
