Alisha Saha

Alisha Saha currently serves as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at Arvind SmartSpaces since September 2023. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Housing.com, where responsibilities focused on talent acquisition and candidate screening. Alisha held roles as a Public Speaking Club Coordinator and Managing Head at ICFAI Business School, Bangalore, overseeing event organization and team management. Additionally, experience as an HR Recruiter at Crest Manpower involved recruiting Technical and Content writers. An internship in Learning and Development was completed at ITC Gardenia, and Alisha also interned with Pramerica Life Insurance. Alisha holds a Post Graduate Program in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from ICFAI Business School and a Master of Commerce in Finance and Banking from University Business School, Panjab University.
