Fabricio Valadão

Fabricio Valadão's work experience starts in 2007 as a Risk Management Intern at JGP. Fabricio then worked as an Analyst at Cervejaria Ambev for a short period in 2009. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Bain & Company, starting as an Associate Consultant and later becoming a Consultant. Fabricio joined Bain & Company again in 2016 and held various positions such as Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Fabricio worked at Aon, initially as a Strategy & Performance Director and later as the Head of Strategy & Solution Development for Health & Human Capital in Latam. Currently, since 2022, they are the Founder and CEO of Arvo Saúde.

Fabricio Valadão has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, in 2009, they attended The Ohio State University for a business course.
