Ricardo Justus

Ricardo Justus is the CEO of ARVORE, an immersive experience company. Prior to that, they were the Director of Innovation at Record TV, where they oversaw the creative process, directed the show, and led a large team. Ricardo was also the Post Production Supervisor at Rede Record and the Director at SBT. Justus has extensive experience in bringing popular game show formats to Brazil and has negotiated with international format owners such as Endemol.

Ricardo Justus completed a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Film at FAAP.
