Amanda Sheng is currently the Vice President for the APAC region at Arxada, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, Amanda worked at Hay Group from 2004 to 2007 as a Consultant in Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness and began their career at PDI from 2002 to 2004 in a similar role. Amanda also served as China HR Manager at 阿克苏诺贝尔 from 2007 to 2013, and held key global HR director positions in Finance as well as Marine & Protective Coatings. Amanda furthered their education with executive programs in Business Finance at China Europe International Business School and Strategic Transformation at IMD Business School between 2018 and 2020.
