Balakrishnan Narayanan

Balakrishnan Narayanan is currently the Executive Vice President APAC at Zalaris. Prior to this, they were with Tata Consultancy Services from December 2010 to September 2015 where they were managing HRO Clients operations and delivery across multiple geo’s. Balakrishnan was also responsible for the overall service management and financials of the HRO projects handled in Chennai, Kolkata and USA. Furthermore, they participated in business development activities and new opportunities management with sales team.

Before joining Tata Consultancy Services, Mr. Narayanan was with IBM from March 2010 to November 2010 as an Operations Manager. In this role, they had an overall responsibility for North American clients in the area of HR and Payroll. Balakrishnan also had people management responsibility that not only included training but also was accountable for meeting compliance and control requirements for the Managed processes. Additionally, they transitioned processes from the US to Manila and India.

Mr. Narayanan started their career as a Senior Officer with Wipro Limited from April 2008 to February 2010. Balakrishnan then moved on to Fidelity Investments as a Payroll Specialist from December 2006 to March 2008. Their first job was with The Minacs Group as an Associate from June 2006 to December 2006.

Balakrishnan Narayanan works with Gunnar Manum - Chief Financial Officer, Richard E. Schiørn - Executive Vice President Solution & Delivery - Global Managed Services, and Øyvind Reiten - Executive Vice President Business Development - Global Managed Services. Their manager is Hans-Petter Mellerud, Chief Executive Officer.
