Nhat H. Ngo

Nhat H. Ngo has had an extensive and varied work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1997, Ngo worked as a Corporate Attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where they advised clients on SEC reporting and compliance, as well as drafted and negotiated agreements for technology outsourcing, M&A, and partnerships.

In 1999, Ngo became the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at BriteSmile, a direct-to-consumer technology company. During their tenure, they oversaw various departments including sales, strategic marketing, engineering, quality and regulatory affairs, manufacturing, human resources, and legal.

Moving on to Medtronic in 2007, Ngo served as the Global Vice President of Business Development and played a crucial role in defining growth strategies, assessing new technologies, negotiating deal structures, leading due diligence, and planning post-merger integration. Nhat H. was responsible for formulating growth strategies and leading technology planning and assessment for a $1 billion global business.

From 2008 to 2021, Ngo held executive positions at Omnicell, a market and technology leader for medication and supply management in healthcare systems and retail pharmacies. As Executive Vice President, they led global marketing, strategy, and business development. Ngo also served as the general manager for a cloud-based predictive analytics business utilizing AI-machine learning.

In 2021, Ngo joined Medical Solutions as the Chief Commercial Officer, where their responsibilities included overseeing strategy and operations, marketing, product innovation, and data science. Nhat H. was recruited to provide strategic direction to the commercial and technology teams, drive operational excellence, and position the company for an exit.

From 2022, Ngo worked at MiPC Advisors, a strategy consulting and advisory service. As the Managing Member, they specialized in go-to-market strategies, digital transformation, and commercial alignment and execution. Ngo provided strategic insights into the healthcare landscape and guided clients through digital business transformations.

Currently, Ngo serves as the Owner and Chief Executive Officer at ARxIUM, a company that delivers technology and expertise to pharmacies, focusing on improving safety, productivity, and efficiency. Their comprehensive pharmacy solutions cater to various sectors of the pharmacy market, including health systems, long-term care, central fill, mail order, and retail.

Nhat H. Ngo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia, from the years 1990 to 1994. Following this, Nhat pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law between 1994 and 1997.
