Len Curran has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and business development roles. Len is currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Sr. Director at Aryaka. Prior to this, Len worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Kranz & Associates for two years. Len has also held positions at Robert Half Management Resources, BlackRock, Union Bank, Bank of the West, Charles Schwab, and Kaiser, where they gained experience in recruitment, talent management, executive recruiting, and compensation consulting. Len has a strong track record of helping companies overcome business challenges and achieve growth through strategic staffing solutions.

Len Curran obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Bentley University. Len also holds a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
