Marco De Graaff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Channel Manager at ETC - An SDG Company, where they developed channels for XenServer and Gemalto. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Business Development Manager at Metastore, responsible for delivering System and Security Management solutions. Marco then worked as a Major Account Manager at Aladdin Europe, focusing on end-user sales and developing sales strategies. In 2011, they briefly worked as a freelance Business Development Manager at GreyHippo. From 2012 to 2014, Marco served as a Regional Manager Benelux at KEMP Technologies, optimizing web infrastructure and load balancing. Marco then worked as a Global Channel Manager at Savision BV, creating and developing a global sales channel. In 2015, Marco became the Regional Manager Nordics, Benelux & France at Viprinet, specializing in SD-WAN technology. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Sales a.i. at AVL Solutions B.V., focusing on audiovisual solutions. Currently, Marco is working as the Regional Sales Director Northern Europe at Aryaka Networks, starting in 2022.

Marco De Graaff attended Pallas College from 1983 to 1989, where they obtained their HAVO degree. Marco then pursued higher education at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1990 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Beleid, Bestuur en Management. In 2022, they obtained certification as an Aryaka Certified Partner from Aryaka.
