Anand Gugale

Anand Gugale is the current director at ARYAN IMAGING AND BUSINESS CONSULTANTS PVT LTD. Anand has also been a partner at Zingworks LLP and AnD HR Solutions LLP. Gugale has over 20 years of experience in the business and IT industry.

Gugale started their career as a graduate engineering trainee at Philips India Ltd. Anand then became a sandwich trainee at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. After that, they worked as a sourcing engineer at Atlas Copco for four years. Gugale then transitioned into management and became the operations manager at Polychrome Engineers for two years.

In 2006, Gugale became the director at Kairee Systems. Kairee Systems is an IT company that provides business solutions across the globe. They focus on customized software development, document management solutions, and web designing and development. Gugale was with Kairee Systems for 13 years and 5 months before joining ARYAN IMAGING AND BUSINESS CONSULTANTS PVT LTD as the director in 2019.

Anand Gugale has a Bachelor of Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, a Master of Education from Laxmanrao Apte Prashala, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Don Bosco School Lonavla. Anand also has a certification in NLP Master Practioner from NFNLP and a certification in NLP Practioner from NFNLP.
