Gérard le Roy

Gérard Le Roy is the Group CIO at ARYZTA, a position held since April 2024, after serving as Group IT/IS Director at SICPA from March 2009 to March 2024. At SICPA, Gérard led the development of global IT/IS strategies aligned with business goals and managed extensive IT/IS operations across 20 sites, supporting a workforce of 3,000 and overseeing 300 business applications. Prior to SICPA, Gérard held roles at Airbus Group as IS Project Manager and SAP Business Analyst, where significant projects included harmonizing processes for the Airbus A380 and A350, and at Syngenta as SAP Project Analyst, where ongoing SAP system implementations were executed. Gérard holds a Global Executive MBA from TRIUM, with degrees from HEC Paris, NYU Stern School of Business, and the London School of Economics, along with a degree from AgroParisTech.
