Jörg Gölzhäuser

Jörg Gölzhäuser has a diverse work experience in finance and controlling. Jörg currently holds the position of CFO at ARYZTA Deutschland, starting from April 2023. Before this role, they worked at Nestlé for a significant duration, with various positions. From January 2018 to April 2023, they served as the Head of Group Sales Controlling Germany. Prior to that, they were the Head of Business Controlling, Team Lead for Performance Acceleration, and worked in Decision Support. Jörg also started their career at Nestlé as a Trainee in Finance & Control, later becoming a Controlling Analyst responsible for technical controlling and financial analysis.

From 2000 to 2005, they attended Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, where they pursued a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration) and obtained a Dipl.-Kfm. Universität.

In 2002, they also studied at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie for a year, specializing in Internationales Management (International Management) as part of their European Master of Business Sciences degree.

After completing their studies, Jörg Gölzhäuser obtained the certifications of Dipl.-Kfm. Uni. and European Master of Business Sciences from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg in September 2005.
