Victor M. Azrak is a seasoned executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Principal at SilverPoint Technologies since June 2020, Azrak focuses on innovative smart home products. As President of AS Beauty Group since February 2019, Azrak leads a family-run business specializing in category disruption, overseeing brands such as Laura Geller Beauty and Julep Beauty. Additionally, Azrak is the CEO and Principal at Maguire Capital Group, an investment firm with a focus on diversified real estate and venture capital, and Co-Founder and Principal at Triangle Capital Group, a private real estate investment firm. Azrak has been a Principal with Empire Discovery since April 2013, a provider of litigation support services, and at Komar Kids/Kollad since August 2020, managing a diverse portfolio of brands. Previously, Azrak held the position of President of the Entertainment Licensing Group at American Marketing Enterprises and Global Brands Group from January 1994 to December 2018, leading the largest entertainment licensed sleepwear business.
