Jose Mendiola

Jose Mendiola is a civil engineer with over two and a half years of professional consulting experience specializing in the design of wastewater and water infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Project Manager at A&S Engineers, Inc. since June 2022, Jose previously held the position of Civil Engineer IV at Black & Veatch from June 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities included the development and preparation of construction documents and specifications. Academic contributions include developing a Python script for predicting hydraulic jumps and exploring 3D point cloud reconstruction during a tenure as Academic Support Assistant at the University of Houston in 2014.
