Karen Gaydon

Karen Gaydon is an accomplished operating partner at AS Equity Partners since October 2020, focusing on control investments in the lower to middle-market sectors for software and technology-enabled businesses across Europe. Previously, Karen served as SVP and Chief People Officer at Zuora from September 2017 to September 2020, guiding initiatives aligned with the Subscription Economy vision. From November 2012 to August 2017, Karen was the CHRO and SVP of Human Resources at Synaptics, collaborating with the CEO on global talent strategies. Karen's extensive experience in HR leadership includes a 27-year tenure at Hewlett-Packard, where significant roles involved executive compensation and leading HR for large global divisions. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and completion of the Women's Corporate Board Readiness Program at Santa Clara University.
