As You Sow
Grant Bradski serves as the Initiative Coordinator and Consultant at As You Sow since February 2020, bringing extensive experience in grassroots organizing and community mobilization. Prior roles include Field Manager and Field Advocate at Clean Water Action, where Grant managed day-to-day operations and engaged communities in environmental advocacy. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding Let's Talk Sushi, focusing on sushi classes and English conversation, and co-founding Bellavista Pub Crawl, organizing events and managing large groups. Early career roles spanned from being a Sushi Chef to directing camps and instructing art, demonstrating a diverse skill set in management, education, and customer service. Grant holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management from California State University of Chico.

Founded in 1992, As You Sow promotes environmental and social corporate responsibility through shareholder advocacy, coalition building, and innovative legal strategies. Our efforts create large-scale systemic change by establishing sustainable and equitable corporate practices. As You Sow was founded on the belief that many environmental and human rights issues can be resolved by increased corporate responsibility.
