Shlomit Avni

Shlomit Avni has a strong background in business development and growth, with experience in various industries. Shlomit is currently working as the VP of Growth at As You Stay - Anytime Check-in/out Hotel Booking. Prior to this, they held the role of Business Development Manager at Pronto from 2019 to 2020.

In 2017, Shlomit worked at iOlite Foundation, a dynamic crypto startup, where they served as the Business Development Director and Ecosystem Development Manager. Their responsibilities included establishing business alliances, strategic partnerships, and generating new sales leads.

From 2011 to 2017, Shlomit worked at Netline Communications Technologies (NCT), an Israeli Electronic Warfare and Interception Systems company, in multiple roles. Shlomit was the Marketing & Business Development Manager, where they managed end-to-end sales processes and collaborated with various departments for product development. Additionally, they served as the Personal Assistant to the CEO, coordinating projects and managing HR programs.

Shlomit Avni completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Reichman University from 2008 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bar-Ilan University from 2013 to 2015. Shlomit also obtained several certifications in software product management from Coursera, including "Software Product Management Capstone," "Software Product Management Specialization," "Reviews & Metrics for Software Improvements," "Agile Planning for Software Products," "Client Needs and Software Requirements," "Software Processes and Agile Practices," and "Introduction to Software Product Management" between November 2019 and May 2020.
