Maiken Engdal

Maiken Engdal is an experienced HR consultant currently with AS3 since September 2022, specializing in leadership sparring, training, and guidance on labor agreements, employment conditions, and personnel law matters. Prior to this role, Maiken served as a coordinating employee at BUPL from April 2014 to September 2022, focusing on payroll project coordination, individual salary negotiations, and drafting employment contracts.
