Joao M. Ceneviva, FRM, currently serves as Superintendente Executivo and Head de Tesouraria & Pricing at ASA since March 2023. Previously, Ceneviva held the position of Superintendente Executivo Tesouraria at Banco Sofisa S/A from September 2017 to February 2023, and was a Co-Founder, CRO, and COO at GateInvest Gestão de Recursos from January 2015 to April 2017. Ceneviva also worked at HSBC Bank - Brasil as Head of Assets, Liabilities and Capital Management from October 2012 to September 2014, and served as Vice President of Treasury at Itaú BBA from August 2011 to September 2012. Earlier career highlights include the role of CFO at Paranapanema S.A. and various leadership positions at Citi from July 1996 to November 2008. Ceneviva’s educational background includes an MBA in Finance from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo, a postgraduate degree in Derivatives from BM&F, and a BA in Business Administration from FGV EAESP.
