Alex Abell currently serves as Managing Partner at ASA Real Estate Partners, having joined in February 2024. Prior to this role, Alex held significant positions at Dexus, including Head of Listed and Dexus Industria REIT Fund Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing an ASX-listed fund focused on industrial and office properties in Australia. With a proven track record, Alex grew the APN Industria REIT at APN Property Group Limited from $400 million to $1.1 billion, delivering notable outperformance. Experience also includes important roles at Investa Property Group, Stockland, and Colonial First State Global Asset Management, with expertise in investor relations, portfolio management, and fundraising. Alex possesses a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services from Deakin University.
