Marina Massocco Gaikoski

Marina Massocco Gaikoski serves as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Asaas since July 2021, overseeing a team of seven recruiters and managing various aspects of recruitment and selection including performance indicators, OKRs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Marina leads the development and execution of internship programs and collaborates with multiple People Experience teams while also handling management of ATS and evaluation projects. Prior to Asaas, Marina worked as an HR Analyst at Audaces Automação from June 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, leadership development programs, and employee onboarding. Academically, Marina holds an MBA in Human Resources 4.0, a specialization in Psychological Assessment, and a degree in Psychology from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
