Rafael Wachholz

Rafael Wachholz is an experienced professional with a background in Learning & Development and Organizational Development, currently serving as an Analista de Learning & Development Pleno at Asaas since June 2021. Responsibilities include the implementation of a Remote First work model and conducting social science research. Prior experience includes roles as a researcher at CAPES focusing on social science topics, an intern in educational administration at Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, and involvement in AIESEC preparing interns for international experiences. Rafael holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, along with experience as an exchange student in the Rotary Youth Exchange Program. Currently enrolled in a Psychology program at ULBRA, Rafael demonstrates a commitment to continuous education and professional growth.
