Thais Nakasato

Thais Nakasato currently serves as Product Manager for the payments team at Asaas, where responsibilities include managing billing products, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with design and engineering teams. Prior experience includes roles as Product Owner at Banco Santander, overseeing a squad dedicated to credit products, and at Itaú Unibanco, leading backoffice and account opening projects. Thais has a strong background in project implementation, having worked on various enhancements for customer service platforms and training in Agile methodologies. Thais holds an MBA in Project Management from USP/Esalq and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from UFSCar, as well as engineering studies at Monash University.
