Alyson Owen

Alyson Owen is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering for Asahi Lifestyle Beverages since May 2024. Previously, Alyson held roles including Head of Group People & Culture at Pact Group Holdings Ltd and Head of People Business Partners at the AFL. With extensive experience at Lion from 2011 to 2021, Alyson progressed through various positions such as People & Culture Director - Commercial and led significant people and culture strategies within finance and manufacturing sectors. Early career roles include Group HR Consultant at Just Group, Human Resources Advisor at Nestle, and Human Resources Assistant at DaimlerChrysler Australia Pacific. Alyson earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from La Trobe University between 2004 and 2006.
