Soomi Seo currently serves as the ERP & B2B Product Lead at Asahi Beverages, overseeing CX Operations & Platforms since September 2015. Previous roles at Asahi include CRM Systems Manager, CRM Systems Lead, and Project CRM Manager, focusing on CRM migration to Salesforce, Marketing Cloud implementation, and eCommerce platform enhancements. Prior to this, Soomi held various positions at Universal Institute of Technology and EM Education, including Sales Marketing Officer and Instructor Manager. Soomi Seo earned a Bachelor of Public Administration in Public Affairs from the University of Seoul, completing the degree in 2009.
