Adam Deal is a seasoned social media and digital marketing professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Social Media Manager at Asahi Europe & International since May 2025, Adam oversees a substantial paid social and influencer marketing budget exceeding 3 million annually, engaging various platforms including Meta, X, Snap, and TikTok. Previously, Adam held the role of Senior Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager at Costa Coffee from November 2015 to May 2025, leading the UK&I Social Media team and developing impactful social strategies. Adam’s career at Costa Coffee began as a Social Media Executive in October 2011, progressing to roles with increasing responsibility. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Advertising Communications from the University of Bedfordshire and completion of a Marketing Leadership Masterclass.
