Akira Nishizawa

Akira Nishizawa is the current president of Asahi Kasei Advance Corporation at Asahi Kasei. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of Asahi Kasei from November 2019 to June 2022, the director and primary executive officer from April 2018 to June 2022, and the division manager from April 2015 to March 2018. Akira also served as the chief executive officer of Asahi Kasei Spandex Europe Gmbh from June 2013 to March 2018.

Nishizawa earned their Bachelor of Economics from Osaka University.
