G. Welch Liles, III

Welch Liles has a background in Civil Engineering, graduating with a BS from North Carolina State University. Welch has held various positions in the construction industry, starting as an Estimator at Liles Construction Company and later moving on to roles such as Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and now Managing Director at Asana Partners. Welch also has experience at companies such as Choate Construction Company and Balfour Beatty Construction. Notably, Welch was the Project Manager for the Aloft Hotel & Public Garage project in Downtown Asheville, NC, where they were responsible for managing finances, submittals, quantities, and coordination on a 9 story post tension concrete project.
