Amber Lester

Amber Lester is a versatile professional with extensive experience in employee experience design, operations management, and business strategy. Currently serving in Employee Experience & Enablement at Asana since June 2022, Amber co-founded and operates as COO for Black Joy Parade, leading creative efforts and business operations. Previous roles include Experience Design Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, where large-scale employee experience programs were developed, and Design Strategy + Operations Manager at WeWork, focusing on global strategies for design teams. Additional experience comprises consulting for small businesses, developing onboarding operations at Lyft, and enhancing student experiences at MissionU. Amber holds an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts, a Master's in Counseling from San Francisco State University, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
