Hannah Mills, CSM has over eight years of experience in the technology and digital marketing industries. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Media Team Intern at Breakthrough, where they analyzed current events related to Breakthrough's mission and crafted relevant and timely content for social media. In 2014, they worked as a Web Development Consultant at Miami University, where they reimagined the information architecture of multiple university web properties. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at HelloWorld, Inc. as an Associate Producer and Project Coordinator. At HelloWorld, they led multiple cross-functional teams to launch digital marketing solutions and managed day-to-day project management tasks for multi-project clients. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Quicken Loans as a Product Owner and Project Manager. In this role, they served as the primary contact, risk manager, and subject matter expert for high-visibility technology initiatives. Since 2019, Hannah has been a Delivery Lead at Detroit Labs, where they launched a first-in-class home auction full stack web app for a large enterprise client and is currently overseeing maintenance and upgrades of business-critical mobile applications for a utility company. In 2022, Hannah joined TXI as a Delivery Lead.

Hannah Mills holds a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies from Miami University, obtained in 2013, and a Graduate Certificate in Interactive Media Studies from the same institution, obtained in 2014. Hannah also holds two certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in September 2021, and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in May 2018.
