Jahsan M.

Jahsan M. is an experienced Lead User Experience Researcher currently at Asana, focusing on creating engaging product experiences for enterprise market customers since November 2022. Previously, Jahsan contributed as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Meta (August 2019 - October 2022), guiding research for Meta Quest VR Platforms and enhancing user connection in virtual reality. Earlier roles include User Experience Researcher positions at Facebook, where Jahsan executed research for the redesign of Facebook Business Manager, and at Google, where research helped develop innovative products for emerging markets. A foundational researcher at Riot Games, Jahsan established the company’s first research lab and rapid research program. Jahsan holds a Master of Science in Human Factors & Ergonomics from San José State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
