Lotte Vester

Lotte Vester is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and strategic operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Operations at Pinterest since September 2024, Lotte has also held the position of Head of Organizational Strategy at Asana since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles at Facebook, where Lotte was a Global Business Planning & Operations Manager and Finance Manager in Global Marketing Solutions. Lotte's tenure at Lonely Planet from 2009 to 2013 encompassed leadership as Vice President of Finance and as General Manager of Lonely Planet Americas, overseeing financial functions and team management. Additionally, Lotte spent a decade at Nielsen in various senior finance roles, including Vice President of Finance for Nielsen Mobile and multiple divisions within Nielsen Media Research. Lotte earned an MSc in Financial Management from Nyenrode Business University and a BSc in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague.
