Rachael Stedman is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and scaling technology teams. Currently serving as the Scale Area Engineering Lead at Asana since April 2019, Rachael directs teams focused on enterprise customers, emphasizing stability, security, and compliance in feature development. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Lever, where Rachael played a pivotal role in scaling infrastructure and shaping engineering culture during significant company growth, as well as achieving SOC 2 compliance. Rachael's career also includes positions at Mobiquity, Google, and Intuit, complemented by a strong academic background with an MSM in Technological Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering.
