Sweta Ackerman

Sweta Ackerman is an experienced engineering leader with a strong record of driving product development in technology companies. At Asana, Sweta leads engineering for Core Product Experiences and the Enterprise Pillar, managing a growing global team focused on enterprise solutions. Prior to Asana, Sweta held senior engineering leadership roles at Lyft, overseeing the Core Rideshare product offerings and successfully launching Lyft Pink. Sweta's earlier experience includes positions at PagerDuty, where leadership encompassed multiple product engineering pillars, and managerial roles at MyVest and MuleSoft Inc., contributing to significant product launches and service developments. Sweta holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
