Joy Ngina Musyoka Mutinda

Joy Ngina Musyoka Mutinda has a wealth of experience in customer service and collections. Joy began their career in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant at Working Smart Skills Limited, where they managed the organization's correspondence and relayed instructions from senior management to junior employees. In the same year, they also founded Adin Creations, a company that created eccentric, colorful and functional jewelry pieces at an affordable price. In 2012, they worked part-time at Samchi Credit Limited as an Executive Assistant, drafting research reports for the managing director's assignments. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Head of Recovery and Securitization and Head of Mombasa Branch at Samchi Credit Limited, where they developed processes geared towards achieving the department's recovery objectives and fostered relationships with suppliers. Since 2019, they have been the Group Head of Customer Engagement and Collections at Asante Financial Services Group, where they create and steers the customer engagement and collections strategy to be used by the organization and external stakeholders.

Joy Ngina Musyoka Mutinda has a well-rounded education history. In 2009, they obtained their ACCA F1 (Accountant in Business) and F2 (Management Accountant) certification from Strathmore University. Joy then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Microfinance and Business Administration from Strathmore University in 2013. In 2016, they obtained a Diploma in Project Management from Kenya School of Management. Finally, they obtained their Masters in Business Administration in 2019 from Strathmore University.
