George Dzidefo Torku

George Dzidefo Torku is an experienced professional with a background in industrial chemistry and operations management. Currently serving as a Process Plant Operator at Asante Gold since June 2022, George previously worked as a Chemistry Teacher for the Ghana Education Service from November 2018 to June 2022. Other experiences include a role as a Traffic Warden during National Service with the Ghana Police Service and various internships, including positions as a Quality Control Officer at Tema Oil Refinery, a Quality Assurance Analyst at Olam Tomato Factory, and a Sales Supervisor at Star Oil Ghana Limited. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Cape Coast, earned in 2015.
