Hernan Padilla

Hernan Padilla has extensive work experience in the mining and engineering industry. Hernan started their career at S&Z Consultores as an Ingeniero de Proyectos from 1994 to 1999. Hernan then joined Golder as a Gerente de Recursos Hidricos from 2000 to 2010. Following that, they worked at SNC-Lavalin Peru as a Business Development Manager, Geotechnical Manager, and Gerente de Proyectos from 2010 to 2019. At SNC-Lavalin, they also held roles such as Director de Servicios de Capital de Trabajo y Consultoria M&M - SCW and Gerente de Desarrollo Sostenible de Mineria (SMD) from 2014 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Hernan worked at DRA Global as Projects Development Director and Project Director. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Project Development - South America at DRA Global since August 2022.

Hernan Padilla obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Administration from Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas UPC in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Hydraulic from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal in 1993.
