Gina Marie Agosta has extensive experience in medical staff services and nonprofit management. At Asante since October 2016, Gina serves as a Medical Staff Services Specialist and Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Medical Affairs, focusing on patient experience and collaboration with leaders to enhance service delivery. Previously, Gina was the Executive Director at Coalition for Kids from September 2005 to June 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, securing funding, and developing strategic plans that significantly increased donor contributions. Earlier roles included Deputy Director and Program Specialist at the same organization, contributing to program development and community outreach. Additionally, Gina held positions in editing and marketing with other organizations, enhancing communication strategies and program visibility. Gina holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and dual bachelor's degrees in English and Organizational Communication from the University of Portland.

Board members give their time to ensure that the people of nine southern Oregon and northern California counties receive high-quality health care services provided with compassion. All decisions are made by people who live and work in our community. Our facilities include Asante Ashland Community Hospital in Ashland, Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford, Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass, Asante Physician Partners and additional health care partnerships throughout the region.
