Kristen Roy

Kristen Roy currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Chief of Government Relations at Asante, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining a comprehensive Compliance Program for the largest healthcare provider in southern Oregon and Northern California. Prior to this role, Kristen held several legal and compliance positions, including Chief Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer at Elliot Hospital, and practiced as a Healthcare Attorney at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, providing regulatory compliance advice and assisting with healthcare transactions. Kristen also has experience as an Adjunct Professor of Health Law at the University of New Hampshire School of Law and began legal practice at Devine Millimet & Branch, focusing on healthcare litigation and compliance. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law.
