Kristen Roy currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Chief of Government Relations at Asante, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining a comprehensive Compliance Program for the largest healthcare provider in southern Oregon and Northern California. Kristen also has experience as an Adjunct Professor of Health Law at the University of New Hampshire School of Law and began legal practice at Devine Millimet & Branch, focusing on healthcare litigation and compliance. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law.
