ASANUMA CORPORATION is a company engaged in the construction business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Construction and Civil Engineering segment is engaged in the construction and related business in Japan, as well as in the Asia and Oceania regions. The Others segment is engaged in the real estate business, the solar power business, the non-life insurance agency and the life insurance soliciting businesses, among others. This segment is also engaged in the maintenance, operation and management of waste processing facilities and university research facilities, as well as the construction, operation and management of housing for government workers. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had five subsidiaries and three associated companies.
