Jacqueline Munson

Jacqueline Munson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jacqueline has worked at ASAR Digital since 2020, where they currently hold the position of Director Project Management Office, responsible for managing the strategic direction and growth of the practice. Prior to this, they served as the SAP Practice Director, leading a team of experts in delivering migrations, implementations, and support for customers using SAP CX and Enterprise solutions. Jacqueline also held the role of SAP CX Practice Manager, overseeing a team of SAP CX Solution Engineers who helped organizations transform their lead to cash process and improve sales performance. Before joining ASAR Digital, Jacqueline worked as a Business Analyst at BMO Harris Bank from 2017 to 2020. Jacqueline started their career with The Walt Disney Company in 2014 through the Disney College Program, where they excelled in providing exceptional customer service and managing inventory.

Jacqueline Munson completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from DePaul University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Elgin Community College from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications including the Fundamentals of Waterfall Project Management from the Project Management Institute in November 2022, the SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Sales Cloud 2011 from SAP in November 2021, and the SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP CPQ Implementation from SAP in December 2020.
