Charlotte Reilly

Charlotte Reilly (nee Boell) currently serves as the Head of People Business Partnering for Business Banking & Corporate Banking at ASB Bank since November 2021, having previously held roles as a Senior People Business Partner and Performance and Reward Consultant within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Rewards Consultant at SkyCity Entertainment Group and as a Remuneration & Project Specialist in consultancy roles. Additional experience includes HR and payroll project management at Veolia Australia and New Zealand, a Remuneration Specialist role, and various HR-related positions at Mighty River Power, Telecom New Zealand, and Frontier Software. Charlotte holds a degree from Auckland University of Technology and attended Baradene College.
