Jo-Ann Young

Jo-Ann Young currently serves as Head of Internal Communication at ASB Bank since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jo-Ann was Corporate Affairs Manager at Napier Port from August 2020 to October 2025, where responsibilities included managing internal and external communications, stakeholder relations, and community engagement. Jo-Ann's experience also encompasses various managerial and advisory positions in communications and public relations across different organizations, including Unison Networks, Green Cross Health, and Parliament of NSW. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Political Communication from Victoria University of Wellington, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics, History, Politics, and International Relations from the same institution.
