Simone McCallum

Simone McCallum currently serves as the Head of Internal Communication for Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited, where the focus is on crafting effective internal communications to enhance team engagement and overall employee experience. Previous experience includes the role of Media and Communications Manager at TSB New Zealand, leading corporate communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. Simone has also held various positions at ASB Bank, including Head of Corporate Content & Social Media and Corporate Social & Community Strategist, where responsibilities encompassed social media strategy and editorial content development. Early career experiences include roles at Fletcher Challenge Energy and freelance communications consultancy. Simone McCallum holds a BCom and a DipCom in Commercial Law from the University of Auckland, as well as an Executive Education Diploma of Management from The University of Waikato.
