Rob Bryson

Rob Bryson is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at ASB Bank since February 2024. Prior to this role, Rob held positions as Senior Associate and Senior Solicitor at Simpson Grierson from January 2020 to February 2024. Rob's earlier experience includes being an Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from July 2016 to January 2020 and at Norton Rose Fulbright from January 2012 to July 2016, with a focus on corporate, mergers and acquisitions. Rob began as a Candidate Attorney, gaining experience in commercial litigation, insurance litigation, banking and finance, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Rob holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town, a Certificate in Advanced Company Law from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Pretoria.
