Shirin Baradaran

Shirin Baradaran currently serves as Legal Counsel at Polen Capital, providing support for various credit products and compliance matters related to the registered investment adviser, Polen Capital Credit, LLC. In addition, Shirin is a Board Member at Three Squares New England, focusing on raising funds to combat food insecurity in the Greater Boston and MetroWest areas. Previously, Shirin was a Legal Counsel at Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities included supporting registered funds within the Asset Management Legal Group. Shirin also chaired the Board of Trustees for the Dedham Public Library, overseeing strategic planning for the town's libraries. Earlier experience includes practicing as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, advising on regulatory and compliance issues for registered investment companies, serving as a Strategic Advisor for Midwest Bitcoin, and consulting at Protiviti in the Risk and Compliance Group. Shirin holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
