Sandi Waring

Sandi Waring is an experienced professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of Wealth & Insurance Operations at ASB Limited since August 2017. In this role, Sandi leads a team of 40 and has gained expertise in regulatory compliance as a default Kiwisaver provider and the implementation of Robotics to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this position, Sandi held various leadership roles at ASB Bank, including Head of Wealth Operations and Head of Lending & Card Maintenance, overseeing multiple teams focused on service excellence and complex operational tasks. Earlier experience includes serving as an Insurance Inspector at State Insurance, where Sandi was responsible for risk assessments and premium calculations for commercial properties.
