Michael Rosengren

Michael Rosengren, CFA, is an Associate at ASB Real Estate Investments since June 2021. Previously, Michael worked as an Asset Management Associate at AEW from September 2017 to July 2020. Michael has experience in modeling valuations for various properties and writing detailed client reports. Michael also has a background in pricing analysis at Merrill Lynch and collegiate tennis experience at Villanova University. Michael holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Finance from Villanova University. Michael obtained their CFA designation in August 2019.
